Delete your Trovfolio account.
Trovfolio is made by Fist Bump Labs LLC. You can delete your account and your data at any time.
In the app
In the app (Android, iPhone, or web): open Trovfolio, sign in, go to Profile, Account, Delete account, then confirm with Delete my account and vault.
Without the app
Without the app: sign in at trovfolio.com/signin with the same Google or email account and open Profile, Account, Delete account. Sign in with Apple is offered in the Android and iPhone apps, not on the website.
If you can't sign in
If you can't sign in, send a request through our contact form (choose Security or privacy request) from the email address on the account, or email kenser@fistbumplabs.com, and we'll delete it for you.
What gets deleted
What gets deleted: your sign-in, items, photos, documents, people, share links, credit history, and activity. If you share a household and you're the last owner, you'll be asked to make someone else an owner (or remove the other members) first.
What we keep
What we keep: limited records we're required to keep by law, such as purchase records, for as long as the law requires; other associated data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription; cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in iPhone Settings.
